Explore Historic Sites In Stanley

Two colonial and two local landmarks are within easy walking distance from one another. Start at Tin Hau Temple next to the Stanley Plaza Playground to see the pelt of a famous tiger that once roamed the neighbourhood. Then stroll over to Murray House and admire the classically proportioned stonework and ornate balustrades. Picturesque Blake Pier, with sporadic ferry access to Po Toi island, is just opposite.

And a short walk through the adjacent Ma Hang Park will take you to the tiny but charming Tai Pak temple. Keep your eyes peeled, as it’s nestled discreetly in the rocky coastline.
